Why buy a Digital Certificate through iDex7 Hosting?
- We partner with the best in the industry! - Our partnership with Thawte allows us to provide the most trusted brand of digital certificates. Thawte is a Verisign company - the first company to sell Digital certificates worldwide. Thawte is a well-recognized brand in the SSL certificate industry and displaying a Thawte Seal on your website reassures your customers that your certificate has been issued by the best in the industry. However, there are many cheaper digital certificate variants available should recognition and trust trust be of secondary importance.
- Unmatched quality! - Do not compromise on your SSL Certificate by buying a cheap brand. Surveys show a large percentage of internet users leave websites when asked to provide any information about themselves, simply because the website was not trusted or shown to be secure. A single, potential, customer who leaves your website because they felt uncomfortable submitting information can cost you far more than the annual cost of your SSL Certificate. Thawte is a well-recognized brand in the SSL Certificate industry and a Thawte Seal reassures your customers that you take their security seriously.
- Choose the Certificate that suits you! - We offer various Digital Certificates to suit your Business Needs. Depending on your business size and level of scurity you require. Simply choose from the various Digital Certificates options available to you.

- Login to your Control Panel and search for the domain name relating to the digital certificate you have ordered.
- Find and click on the Enroll Certificate button.
- Enter the details requested for verification and then click on the Enroll button.
-
Once you have applied for a Digital Certificate, Thawte will get in touch with your Technical Contact and request that they provide certain documentation.
-
Once you have completed the application process, Thawte will quickly verify the data you have submitted and once satisfied will issue you with your Digital Certificate. You can check the status of your Digital Certificate request by clicking on Check Certificate Status in your Control Panel. The process can take anything from a few minutes to a couple of days, depending on the type of digital certificate you have purchased.
